Viewing and managing your Pickwatch subscription

From your account settings, you will be able to view details of active subscriptions you may have, make changes to your plan, including canceling, and view details of any active passes. You can also manage your payment methods too.

Manage Subscriptions

From the Manage Subscriptions screen, you can see all the details related to your subscription;

  • The plan you are currently subscribed to, and the renewal frequency

  • When it started and when it is scheduled to renew

  • If auto-renew is active or not

  • The amount you paid

  • The amount you are due to pay when your subscription renews

There is also an option to add a discount code, which, if applicable, will be applied to your next payment.

If you have an active pass, you will also find all details related to the pass on this screen too.

Manage Payment Methods

From the Manage Payment Methods screen, you can add a new payment method, change your default payment method, and, if you have multiple payment methods already added, you can remove some.
