If you've forgotten your password and are unable to access your account, you can request a password reset email from us, which will contain a link to set a new password.

From the login screen, once you have entered your username or email address, click continue. The next step will be to enter your password, but instead of doing this, click the link underneath which reads "Having trouble logging in? Click here" and you will be asked to confirm that you would like us to send you a link to reset your password.

If you cannot access your emails, click "Can't access your emails? Click here to contact support" and this will open up an enquiry form where you can fill in your details and a member of our team will get back to you.

Once you have received the email, please follow the enclosed instructions in order to reset your password.
