Deactivating your Pickwatch account

If you wish to deactivate your Pickwatch account, this can be done one of two ways.

The first way is through the Pickwatch app. If you navigate to your account settings, you will see a 'Delete Account' option. Once you have selected this, you will be warned if you have an active subscription that you need to cancel first, and also asked to confirm you wish to deactivate your account.

The second method of deactivating your account is by contact us either through our chat system or by sending an email to support@pickwatch.com - please ensure you are clear in your message that you wish to deactivate your account and include your username and email address in any message. Prior to sending us a message, please also make sure that you have turned off auto-renew on any active subscription you may have.

Deactivating your account won't automatically cancel any active subscriptions you may have. If you have purchased your subscription directly through the app, you'll need to manage this through the Apple App Store/Google Play Store. Please see the links below for instructions:
